Question: Is it possible to buy items different from your design ?
Answer: Yes ,you are welcomed ,what we need is just some samples or the items draws.It will take longer time for delivery in this situation .

Question: Do you have stock for shown items ?
Answer: Generally ,we have enough for regular sizes ,you'd better confirm with the sales man for more accurate inventory .

Question: How about the shippment ?Ā
Answer:Ā Usually our shippent depends on the Ā customersā requirements by door to door courier service such as FEDEX, DHL, EMS, UPS and TNTĀ ,meantime ,shipping by sea or air are available as well .

When ordering our supplies please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery inside the United States, we ship using USPS and you will receive a tracking number within the first 5 days of ordering.
During holiday season please allow up to 5 weeks for delivery due to high demand.
We will accept returns if a mistake was made on our side (which will likely never happen).
All items must be returned within 30Ā days and must be unusedĀ and unused. They also cannot be tampered with or damaged.
